1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Playerscout AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use.
2. The Service
Playerscout AI provides AI-assisted scouting tools, a verified coach contact directory, film review, outreach composition, training tools, and a $PLAYERSCOUT token rewards program. Features and pricing may change.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account, including signatures from any wallet you connect. Do not share credentials or wallet seed phrases with anyone, including Playerscout AI staff.
4. Pro Membership
Pro membership unlocks the Get Scouted toolkit, including the coach database. Pro can be purchased with USD via Stripe or recycled with $PLAYERSCOUT tokens. Memberships are 30-day terms unless otherwise stated and do not auto-renew.
5. $PLAYERSCOUT tokens
$PLAYERSCOUT is a utility reward inside the Service. It is not an investment, security, or guarantee of future value. Token balances may be adjusted to correct fraud, abuse, or accounting errors. Recycled tokens are burned and routed to the treasury ledger.
6. Acceptable use
- No scraping or bulk export of the coach database.
- No spamming, harassing, or impersonating coaches or other users.
- No uploading footage you do not have rights to share.
- No attempts to inflate token balances or evade rate limits.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. AI-generated content
Scouting reports, outreach drafts, and film reviews are produced by AI and may be inaccurate. Verify any factual claim before relying on it. You are responsible for messages you send to coaches.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee placement on any roster or response from any coach.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Playerscout AI's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 30 days.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-product. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
