Pro membership
If you purchased Pro membership with USD via Stripe, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have used fewer than 25 paid credits during that period. Refunds will revoke Pro access immediately.
Credit bundles
Credit bundles are refundable within 7 days of purchase only for credits that have not yet been spent. Spent credits are non-refundable.
$PLAYERSCOUT recycle
Pro membership and credits redeemed by recycling $PLAYERSCOUT tokens are not refundable. Recycled tokens are burned to the treasury at the moment of redemption.
How to request a refund
Email scout@playerscout.ai from the email address on your account. Include your purchase date and Stripe receipt or session ID. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than your card issuer. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
Free trial credits
Starter credits granted to new accounts have no cash value and are not refundable.
