What we collect
- Account data: email, display name, wallet address, role (player / parent / coach / fan).
- Player profile data you provide: position, club, age, footage links, social handles, scouting notes.
- Usage data: credits spent, training sessions, chat conversations, outreach messages sent.
- Payment data: Stripe handles card details; we only store session IDs and amounts.
- Wallet & token data: public wallet address, signed sign-in messages, $PLAYERSCOUT ledger entries.
How we use it
- Run the Service: power scouting reports, film review, outreach, and the coach database.
- Operate the token economy and treasury ledger.
- Detect fraud, abuse, and duplicate accounts.
- Improve AI quality with anonymized prompts and feedback.
Youth athletes
Playerscout AI is intended for athletes 13 and older. Players under 18 must have a parent or guardian register and supervise the account. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has registered, email scout@playerscout.ai and we will delete the account.
Coach contact data
Our coach directory is compiled from public school athletic department websites, league rosters (e.g. MLS NEXT), and verified user submissions. Coaches may request removal at any time by emailing us.
Sharing
We share data with vendors strictly to operate the Service: Stripe (payments), Lovable Cloud (hosting & database), Lovable AI Gateway (model inference), Firecrawl (research), and email delivery providers. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Logs are retained for up to 365 days. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing scout@playerscout.ai. EU/UK/CA residents have rights under GDPR/UK-GDPR/PIPEDA respectively. California residents have rights under CCPA.
Security
Data is stored in Lovable Cloud with row-level security and encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure; report vulnerabilities to scout@playerscout.ai.
Changes
We will announce material changes in-product. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
